Please review and consider applying for support for your small business from NY Forward’s Small Project Fund by completing an Interest Form and submitting it to Ann Marie Tlsty at Village Hall by October 20, 2025.
The form can be filled out by property or building owners for commercial and mixed use buildings. The sponsors can be private or non-profit entities.
Filling out the form only demonstrates interest, if the Small Project Fund is ultimately funded by the State, the sponsor would have to fill out an actual application for funding.
Signing the form is not binding in any way for the sponsor.

The minimum match requirement is 25% of the total project cost meaning the business and/or property owner may receive reimbursement up to 75% of total eligible costs.
